I Just Placed an Order. When Will It Be Shipped?
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and manufactured before shipping.
What Are the Shipping Times?
Our orders are shipped based on the fulfillment center where the product originates.
Average transit times to Australia: 5–20 business days
Average transit times for international shipments: 17–45 business days
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. Although most packages arrive on time, situations and delays on the part of the carriers may occur. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide a tracking number for every order. Tracking will be available as soon as the product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our sourcing team selects high-quality items at affordable prices.

Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already been shipped, please send us an email or contact us through our “Contact Us” page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “cancel.”

Orders are shipped from our logistics partner’s warehouse in the United Kingdom.

All times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs

Any promotions offering free shipping, free shipping thresholds, or special delivery conditions will be indicated on the Site and/or during checkout, where applicable.
Age Verification upon Delivery
Since our products contain alcohol, delivery can only be made to a person who is 18 years of age or older.
In accordance with our “Challenge 25” policy, the courier may request proof of age and will not deliver alcoholic products to anyone who is or appears to be under 18 years of age, to anyone who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, nor will the courier leave the products unattended or in a “safe place” without the presence of an adult at least 18 years of age who can receive them.
If the delivery cannot be completed for these reasons, the order will be returned to us, and the cost of the delivery attempt may be deducted from any refund due.
