Refund policy
Europe
Our 30-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at logistic@classycocktails.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Via Leonardo Sciascia 28, 41043, Formigine (MO).
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. That way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day reflection period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

Right to Cancel Within 14 Days
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the products, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at logistic@classycocktails.com or fill out the standard withdrawal form included in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You must therefore return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.
Open Products
For health and hygiene reasons, alcoholic beverages that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to such products.
Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days.
Return Shipping Cost
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.
Before making any returns, please contact us at logistic@classycocktails.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to which you should send your return.
Refunds
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or, if earlier, of receiving proof of return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund includes the cost of standard shipping, but does not include any additional costs resulting from the choice of a non-standard shipping method.
We may reduce the refund amount to reflect any decrease in the value of the products caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match its description, you have all the rights provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, as well as the right to reject the product within 30 days.
These rights apply even if the product has been opened.
